The family room was spacious. Everything was absolutely amasing. Modern classy facilities. Very well located and all oof the staff were extremely, friendly and welcoming. Nassrine catered for all of our needs ans ensured our stay was perfect. The fudge at check in was a nice touch. Excellent stay overall yet Nassrine stood out the most and have to sat her welcoming and professuinalism was outstanding. Will definayely be back.

We stay at Voco regularly and our stays are always exceptional! The staff are so welcoming, friendly and attentive which makes it such a pleasurable experience. We would like to especially mention Nissrine as she is so accommodating, kind and very helpful and tends to our every need to ensure we are happy and comfortable. On my recent visit to the VOCO Reading hotel, the service I received started as soon as I entered the lobby and it was exceptional! The desk manager on duty , Nissrine, was friendly, polite and very passionate about her job. She and her small team made me and my friends who joined me later in the evening, feel very welcome. She went out of her way to accommodate our request for a space to worship, she changed my room which was the only three person occupancy of the booking, to another room with a sitting area that would accommodate the entire group. We were able to worship in the comfort of our room without disturbing other guests. My experience with other staff was also a pleasant one. The catering staff were very pleasant and attentive, meeting our every need. I especially want to mention Noah who ensured that the omelettes ordered were to the required specification. All in all, my time at VOCO Reading was a very enjoyable one made special by the fantastic customer service experience from all the staff.

We were greeted with a lovely welcome and found our room to be clean, comfortable and welcoming. As typical of HI, tea, coffee and basic toiletries are all complimentary. The walk-in shower was wonderful. The only thing that let down the room was the 15 or so Freeview channels available, and some of those were +1 channels. We had the hotel breakfast which has a large choice of foods, well presented and tasty. The location is perfect if you need with stadium but there are no walking-distance food stores. The local retail park has a handful of stores like b&q and .Currys. Nearby is the 600 bus which can quickly take you into the city centre. Overall, a really enjoyable stay at a top notch hotel.

My family and I stayed at voco Reading for our Christmas holiday, where we spent three wonderful nights. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the utmost care and warmth. The Front Office Manager, Era, welcomed us with such kindness and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We were also assisted incredibly well by Asha. Both of these ladies were extremely hospitable and friendly, always greeting us with beautiful smiles each morning. Their exceptional service truly made our stay special. The care and attention they showed to our entire family did not go unnoticed. We will most certainly be returning. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and for taking such great care of us.

Outstanding service once again Thanks to Nissrine (my favourite staff over there) and to the whole team for the wonderful service. Had a breakfast and it was very lovely but I wish they would bring back the smoked salmon like last time and also the Tuesday sausages were not that really great like last time but it’s not a big deal after all. Had a wonderful chat session with ishaani at the bar and the spa staff are really good as welland will come back once again very soon.

My wife and I stayed at Voco Hotel (IHG) for two nights as a romantic getaway and special occasion and overall it was a wonderful experience. We did have a slight issue at the beginning of our stay which could have affected the experience, however it was resolved immediately and professionally by the front office manager, Nissrine. She was absolutely amazing, extremely helpful, kind and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy. She went out of her way to resolve the situation, upgraded our room due to the inconvenience and completely turned the experience around for us. Thanks to her outstanding customer service, we were able to relax, enjoy our stay and completely forget about the issue. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere, decor and overall festive setup was lovely. The suite room was stunning, cozy, modern, clean and perfect for a couple’s getaway. It gave us exactly the time and space we needed to reconnect and enjoy quality time together. Because of the excellent service, especially from Nissrine and the high standard of the hotel, we would absolutely return and happily recommend Voco Hotel to others. A special thank you again to the front desk team and especially to Nissrine Laassal, for making our stay memorable.

Attached to the Select Car Leasing Stadium, ( previously the Madjeski stadium ) this IHG Voco hotel is a very comfortable, step up from the Holiday Inn Expresses for a few quid more. We booked a two bed Grand room which was spacious with double vanity and rainfall shower, floor to ceiling windows. Sleep was peaceful and comfortable, we enjoyed a quiet swim before breakfast in the hotel spa pool, breakfast was excellent, a friendly welcome and shown to a table. Fresh fruit, pastries, meat and cereals along with a full hot selection was top quality even as a buffet... We visited the stadium afterwards and had a look at the club shop and entrance area and a quick tour of the stadium itself. Overall very much recommended, free parking and electric vehicle charging onsite.
